Please read our updated policy: The Bali Moon Jewels Team wants you to absolutely fall in love with your selections. We allow a 10 - day exchange policy. Kindly send back any unworn pieces in that time frame to receive a credit, minus your original shipping cost  (our return address will be on your invoice). Bali Moon does not, however, cover the cost of your return shipment. 

We are not responsible for the loss of any packages through fault of the Postal System.
